How Do Eagle Air Dryers Work?

Eagle air dryers function by removing water vapour from compressed air or gas using either desiccant or membrane technologies. In desiccant dryers, the compressed air is passed through a bed of desiccant material, which absorbs moisture from the air. Once the desiccant becomes saturated, it is regenerated by using a portion of the dry air, allowing continuous operation without interruption. Membrane dryers, on the other hand, use selective permeable membranes that separate moisture from the air stream, ensuring that only dry air passes through.

Applications of Eagle Air Dryers

Eagle air dryers are versatile and can be used across various sectors to maintain the quality and reliability of compressed air systems:

Oil and Gas Industry: Ensuring dry air for pneumatic controls, instrumentation, and other critical equipment, which prevents corrosion and hydrate formation in pipelines.

Chemical Processing: Providing moisture-free air to protect sensitive chemical reactions and maintain the purity of chemical products.

Manufacturing: Enhancing the performance of pneumatic tools, machinery, and other equipment by ensuring consistent dry air supply, reducing wear and tear.
